If you want to go back to where you were after dying there is a menu in the extras tab, but you won't get to see the cutscene tips. If you are playing in browser it will be laggy for a little less than a minute but then it should run smoothly after that initial lag spike.

Although it can run in the browser(runs great in Chrome, poorly in FireFox), the colors get messed up so I recommend downloading it.

You win by destroying all the buildings in the level.
